Preparing food ahead of time is key! And you need to make foods you actually like! And in my case I like grilled burgers so much more than the broiled or fried ones. So...if it's cold and dark....well it's cold and dark! DEAL WITH IT! LOL And by the way, these are organic and grass fed...just because you should.
TIP: Don't make burgers difficult. For the best burgers, don't massage the meat (This makes the meat tough). Just form patties, slightly indented to help keep them flat. Then, right before it hits the grill, sprinkle the side hitting the grill liberally with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Before flipping, salt and pepper the other side. Best burgers you've had, I guarantee!
