Doc has thrown down the gauntlet. Current plan has me losing 17.5 more pounds by Thanksgiving, all while increasing strength at the gym. By definition, if I'm lifting more that means it has to be all fat loss. It would be easy to mention this after it happened if I succeeded. But that's an easy way out. And I expect my friends to keep me honest. So here goes nothing! Wish me luck. Looking forward to a hefty Thanksgiving meal already!
Tonight we got a gorgeous piece of salmon on the grill. Make sure to get antibiotic free. If possible get wild caught. You can get these 3 lb plus pieces of salmon at Costco or Sam's club pretty reasonably. A piece like this might cost $25 to $30. That might sound expensive at first, but keep in mind restaurant sizes are between 3 to 6 ounces normally. That means you're getting maybe 8 to 12 restaurant portions (or more) which normally would run you $15 to $20 each (or more) in the restaurant.
