Follow up from my post last week! So basically went crazy for a few days and didn't watch at all what I was eating. My weight rocketed back up to where I was before I began my Thanksgiving challenge. I had essentially gained 5.5 pounds with my bingeing. My doctor basically just told me, you deserve it. Your body is craving it. It's all water weight. When you're done getting your fill, we'll got back to your normal diet and it will not only within a day or two be back where you were, but it will be easier to lose now because you've just highly increased your metabolism with all the eating. What? My normal reaction to failing on a diet is just give in and give up. Instead, my doctor was just like, "Yep, been waiting for this. Let's move on." Ut oh! I had a slip up on my diet!

Love my doctor  Cyrus Peikari . I admit that I failed miserably last night. I couldn't sleep and binged up a storm as I watched TV into the wee hours. I was actually 1200 calories over my goal yesterday. Why am I posting such a failure? Two reasons: 1. For those making their own path to realize that it ain't a straight line. You shouldn't see people like me posting and think it's all easy. Lazy yes. But not always easy. Ask my doctor. In the almost 9 months I've been  working with him, I can't begin to tell you how many issues I've had. I've cried about some of them and been in severe pain over others. But in the end, I've powered past all of them with my doctor's help and a positive attitude. 2. The response from my doctor for my binge last night, which would be surprising to most people?
